2. Description of Service

Linksy provides a URL shortening service that allows users to create shortened links and, for premium subscribers, generate QR codes. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Linksy to:

  • Shorten URLs that link to illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit spam, malware, or viruses
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to create excessive links

5. Premium Subscriptions

5.1 Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99 USD. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5.3 Refunds

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. You retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Linksy service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the URLs you shorten. By using our service, you grant us the right to store and process your URLs to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to shorten and share the URLs you submit.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linksy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your links and discontinuing use.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
